Coke Ovens Trail In Colorado National Monument

If you like short hikes with grand views ...
The Coke Ovens Trail begins at the Upper Monument Canyon Trailhead in Colorado National Monument. It is a simple 0.5 mile hike that's accessed from Rim Rock Drive and leads to an overlook at the Coke Ovens. On this page are my photos and video of my mid-November hike.

November 15, 2012 - Warning: As of 11/15/12, there is a marker that mistakenly notes the spur for the Coke Ovens Trail is 0.02 miles away. It is actually 0.2 miles away. That's a big difference in hiking distance. Just work your way down the canyon and the junction for the Coke Ovens Trail is clearly marked.
