2010 Colorado Fall Colors Season - My Photo Galleries
Autumn 2010 was a great fall foliage season in
Colorado's Rocky Mountains.
Below are my nine photo galleries for the year.
Frequently I'm asked when the best times for fall colors tours are,
and it seems September 18 through October 1 typically
are best in the highest sections of the mountains.
In the lower elevations (such as
Colorado Springs and Denver), the
leaves change approximately 1-2 weeks later.

Fall Scenery (September 18) - My first autumn colors photo shoot.
The leaves were very colorful near Fairplay and eastern slopes of the Mosquito Range.
Fall Scenery (2009 Photos) -
In late September, I went through my cell phone
photo album and displayed fall foliage pictures that I had never posted before. :)
Autumn Trees (September 28) -
Autumn Leaves in South Cottonwood Canyon, one of many mountainous canyons in the Sawatch Range.
Fall Scenes (September 30) -
