It has been a wonderful summer in the Chaffee County region and while I do my best
to update this web site regularly, some of my photos fall through the cracks now and then.

My buddy Scott in Colorado Springs had never been to St. Elmo, one of the best restored ghost towns
in all of Colorado, and so while he was visiting we did a drive to the old mining town and I snapped this photo from the passenger seat.
St. Elmo is located approximately 15 miles west of Nathrop inside Chalk Creek Canyon.

Agnes Vaille Falls is a really popular waterfall attraction.
It is located just a few miles west of the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs
on Chaffee County Road 162.
