Best Time For Viewing Colorado Fall Foliage

Late September is your surest best time for great Colorado fall foliage ...
Frequently the question arises: When is the best time to view the changing leaves in Colorado? As a resident of Colorado for 15 years, my answer has remained the same. In the higher elevations of the mountains, the "September 20's" are usually best. Anywhere between September 15 through October 1 should be a good time. On this page are my photos and a video of fall leaves on September 23, 2012. As you can see, the colors were great!
